Job summary

You will collaborate with investment teams, index providers, and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate, develop, launch, and manage ETF products that meet client needs while driving business growth.

The role demands 10+ years in investment product development, extensive ETF and index experience, and strong leadership skills. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of investment industry experience in product development, product management, portfolio management, or related role.
• Extensive ETF and index strategy product experience required.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, ETFs, indexing methodologies, and investment concepts across asset classes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Investment and Distribution teams to develop business cases for new ETF products and range management.
• Collaborate with index providers and internal stakeholders to build a robust pipeline of ETF product ideas.
• Help manage the Americas ETF product roadmap and provide transparency on key initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and product evaluations to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead prioritization and development of new ETF concepts through governance framework.
• Drive ETF product launches and range management initiatives from concept through implementation and regulatory approval.
