This position follows a hybrid model with more than half the time on-site at the San Francisco office.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading design direction across multiple products.
• Ability to provide precise, substantive craft feedback.
• Demonstrated capability to raise the quality of design within a team.

Responsibilities

• Own design direction and quality for SF-based product verticals.
• Manage and develop a team of 5 Product Designers.
• Shape product strategy in partnership with PM and Engineering.
