Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in portfolio/program strategy or operations within financial services or mortgage banking.
• Proven track record leading large cross-functional teams with delivery accountability across multiple workstreams.
• Deep expertise in portfolio/program management: intake, prioritization, dependency management, metrics, cadence.
• Ability to define and track delivery metrics and use data to drive accountability and improvement.
• Exceptional strategic communication skills for executive-level narratives.
• Strong financial acumen including budget management and business case development.
• Deep understanding of agile product management, portfolio operations, and transformation methodologies.
• Proven ability to simplify complexity and focus stakeholders on priorities.
• Fluency in AI and emerging technologies with practical AI-driven delivery improvements.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of modern, agile ways of working and build repeatable systems for faster delivery.
• Translate portfolio complexity into clear narratives for senior leadership and surface risks early.
• Define, track, and report delivery metrics to improve cycle time, stability, quality, and speed.
• Ensure portfolio health and roadmap discipline; align with Transformation Business Management.
• Craft senior-ready communications that translate portfolio complexity into clear takeaways and actions.
• Create repeatable structures to let leaders focus on transformation rather than admin.
• Deliver on top priorities while anticipating future needs and opportunities.
• Connect product, operations, and tech teams to foresee challenges and opportunities.
• Mobilize teams with credibility, clarity, and momentum to raise performance.
