As the Director of Product for our Clinical teams, you will discover, prioritize, and build data insights for internal clinical products. You are strategic, data-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of driving and executing a forward-looking product strategy. You will own our product processes, including roadmapping and sprint planning, align stakeholders across the organization, drive rigorous product processes, and mentor a team of talented PMs. Your insights will power our ability to learn, iterate, and grow, embodying Thirty Madison's mission to provide healthcare access for all with chronic conditions.

What You Will Do

1. Lead product lifecycle management, including optimization and new feature development.
2. Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives, identifying new opportunities and conducting market research.
3. Own the quarterly and annual roadmapping process to meet business goals.
4. Mentor and build a team of product managers.
5. Drive cross-functional alignment among stakeholders.
6. Build a culture of data-informed iteration and ensure initiatives are well-structured and optimized.
7. Engage in detailed product work such as data analysis, dashboard creation, and requirements specification.
8. Improve product and design processes with rigorous planning and documentation.
9. Construct scalable data solutions and identify future roadmap opportunities.
10. Contribute to making data a strategic advantage for product teams.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience leading agile teams and launching measurable products.
• Strong data obsession, with experience using analytics tools like Looker, Snowflake, Google Analytics, SQL, and A/B testing.
• Experience with healthcare products, patient privacy, clinical workflows, and regulatory considerations.
• Knowledge of project management tools (Asana, JIRA, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Passion for improving patient healthcare experiences.

Bonus Points

• Knowledge of ReactJS and Ruby on Rails.
• Understanding of relational database design.
