Oasis Health Partners is seeking a Director of Product to own our internal platform for prioritizing and routing work across teams. The tool uses internal data and AI to surface high-value work to the right people at the right time, with ownership from conception to post-launch performance.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years in product management, hands-on data experience, and familiarity with healthcare data.
You are a builder who is excited to join a fast-moving company focused on helping independent primary care providers succeed in value-based care. You have delivered real software and real data products, you are comfortable owning something end to end, and you are just as happy in a technical design conversation as you are in front of a market team or an executive. You like ambiguity, you move fast, and you would rather deliver something usable and learn from it than spend six months on a specification. If you are ready to make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you!
