Job summary

OneSource Virtual (OSV) is seeking a Procurement Director to design and lead the company’s procurement strategy, policies, and operating procedures. This role owns the end-to-end source-to-pay process and drives cost-savings across the organization.

The successful candidate will build and manage vendor programs, negotiate contracts with Legal and IT, and establish systems to provide leadership visibility into spend. PE-backed or high-growth experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive procurement/sourcing experience.
• Strong contract negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Experience with procurement/P2P systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management across Legal, IT, and business leaders.
• Strong analytical skills with proven cost savings.
• Experience in PE-backed or high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement procurement strategy, policies, and procedures.
• Own full source-to-pay lifecycle: sourcing, RFP/RFQ, contracts, onboarding.
• Build and manage vendor/supplier management program with scorecards and risk.
• Partner with Legal, IT, and leaders to review and negotiate contracts.
• Identify and execute cost-savings initiatives across vendors.
• Establish procurement systems, tools, and reporting for spend visibility.
• Develop purchasing approval workflows and delegation of authority.
• Report on procurement KPIs (savings, cycle time, compliance).

The Procurement Director is responsible for designing and implementing OSV's procurement strategy, policies, and operating procedures. This role owns the end-to-end source-to-pay process and leads vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost-savings initiatives across the

organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement OSV's procurement strategy, policies, and operating procedures
• Own the full source-to-pay lifecycle: sourcing, RFP/RFQ management, contract negotiation, and vendor onboarding
• Build and manage a vendor/supplier management program, including performance scorecards and risk assessment
• Partner with Legal, IT, and business unit leaders to review and negotiate contracts (SaaS, professional services, etc.)
• Identify and execute cost-savings initiatives across the vendor portfolio
• Establish procurement systems, tools, and reporting to give leadership visibility into spend
• Develop and enforce purchasing approval workflows and delegation of authority
• Report on procurement KPIs (savings, cycle time, compliance)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• 8+ years of progressive procurement/sourcing experience, including experience building or scaling a procurement function
• Strong contract negotiation and vendor management skills
• Experience with procurement/P2P systems
• Excellent stakeholder management skills; comfortable operating cross-functionally with Legal, IT, and business leaders
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of delivering measurable cost savings
• Experience in a PE-backed or high-growth environment
