Job summary

OneSource Virtual is seeking a Director of Procurement to design and implement our procurement strategy and govern the end-to-end source-to-pay process. You will lead vendor negotiations, onboarding, risk assessment, and KPI reporting, partnering with Legal, IT, and business leaders to drive significant cost savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive procurement/sourcing experience, including scaling a procurement function.
• Strong contract negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Experience with procurement/P2P systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management across Legal, IT, and business leaders.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of delivering measurable cost savings.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement OSV's procurement strategy, policies, and operating procedures.
• Own the full source-to-pay lifecycle: sourcing, RFP/RFQ management, contract negotiation, and vendor onboarding.
• Build and manage a vendor/supplier management program with performance scorecards and risk assessment.
• Partner with Legal, IT, and business unit leaders to review and negotiate contracts (SaaS, professional services, etc.).
• Identify and execute cost-savings initiatives across the vendor portfolio.
• Establish procurement systems, tools, and reporting to give leadership visibility into spend.
• Develop and enforce purchasing approval workflows and delegation of authority.
• Report on procurement KPIs (savings, cycle time, compliance).
