Job summary

Stand Together is seeking a Director of Procure-to-Pay to lead the end-to-end P2P process within a mission-driven accounting and finance team in Arlington, VA. This role focuses on vendor management, payments, and P-card operations to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong P2P background, a bachelor’s in accounting (MBA preferred), and 10+ years of leadership experience, with hands-on ERP experience and a proven ability to drive

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or MBA.
10+ years of progressive leadership in P2P.
Experience leading transformational cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day P2P operations with SLAs.
Oversee vendor onboarding and lifecycle management.
Manage accounts payable and month-end close processes.
Collaborate with departments to align P2P with goals.
Develop policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
Train and mentor the P2P team.
Support audits and resolve vendor/payment issues.
