Job summary

Western Digital seeks a Director to lead the enterprise Process Intelligence & Transformation program, driving Celonis OCPM across core operations including S2P, O2C, and R2R. You will bridge raw data to actionable transformations and co-drive AI-enabled process intelligence at scale.

You will establish the CoE, govern the OCDM, and build automated data pipelines that deliver measurable value across the organization, partnering with business units and IT to realize prioritized improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in business transformation, process excellence, or consulting; 5+ years in a people leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, SAP Signavio, or equivalent; ability to author data models and analytical queries.
• Proficiency in SQL/PQL; experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Snowflake, or similar) and large-scale transactional datasets.
• Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt minimum, Black Belt preferred), BPMN 2.0, PMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Stand up and operate the Process Mining Center of Excellence: charter, named roles, decision rights matrix, steering-group cadence, prioritization board, and contracts.
• Define and publish the candidate prioritization framework with value and feasibility criteria and heat maps.
• Own and scale WD's object-centric Process Mining program on Celonis as the primary diagnostic engine.
• Design authority for the enterprise object-centric data model (OCDM) including standards and policy.
• Establish automated data pipelines from Oracle Fusion and other sources to the process mining platform.
