Job summary

Western Digital seeks a Director for Process Intelligence & Business Transformation to lead the enterprise process mining program. You will own the Celonis-based diagnostic engine, govern an object-centric data model, and drive automation opportunities across core WD processes spanning Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stand up and operate the Process Mining Center of Excellence, defining charter, roles, and governance.
• Own and scale the object-centric Process Mining program on Celonis.
• Design and govern the enterprise OCDM data model and data pipelines from Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Develop KPI library, conformance checks, and analytics for processes.
• Translate outputs into investment-ready opportunities for prioritization.
• Lead cross-functional process re-engineering initiatives across value streams.
• Drive AI-enabled process intelligence adoption at scale.
