Job summary

You will collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities, allocate resources, and implement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, CQI, and redesign initiatives across divisions.

You will manage multiple complex projects, guide change management, and ensure successful adoption of radical changes in technology, processes and people.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma and process-improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership of multi-disciplinary teams.
