Job summary

Centene Management Company LLC is seeking a senior transformation professional to develop and lead process excellence initiatives using Six Sigma/LEAN across the organization. You will analyze operations, design standard implementation processes, and drive efficiencies to meet budgets and timelines.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 7+ years of process improvement or project management experience, with Six Sigma/LEAN certification preferred.

Job description

Position Purpose

Develop and implement business process excellence initiatives throughout the organization to analyze and address process and operational inefficiencies by utilizing Six Sigma/LEAN methodologies. Provide leadership and oversight of the business unit's implementation processes; managing company adherence to standard implementation processes Manage business and program implementations to meet budget, timeline, and contractual requirements Maintain standard business implementation organizational structures, team structures, work breakdown structures, work planning, issue logs, decision logs, change control and executive reports Provide input on operating models, including standard corporate functional and information system models, performance metrics, expected outcomes and plan impacts Coordinate cross -functional tasks between various internal and external areas to ensure successful project outcomes Communicate project status to all internal and external stakeholders Mentor project team members and stakeholders using appropriate tools and techniques in order to increase and maintain commitment to portfolio objectives.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, related field, or equivalent experience.

7+ years of process optimization, process improvement, or project management experience.

Experience with Six Sigma/LEAN methodologies.

Knowledge of process mapping, process design, and workflow management software and applications.

License/Certification:

Six Sigma/LEAN Certification highly preferred.

Pay Range:

$118,400.00 - $219,000.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.

Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
