Job summary

ADP is seeking a Director of Privileged Access Management to lead governance, implementation, and operations of privileged accounts across the enterprise. You will oversee PAM tooling (CyberArk, Beyond Trust) and drive just‑in‑time access, session recording, and compliant workflows in a hybrid cloud environment.

You will partner with SOC, IT, audit, and DevSecOps teams to align access controls with business needs while mentoring a high‑performing team and shaping the PAM strategy for cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or related field; Master's preferred
• 10+ years IT security experience with PAM focus
• Experience leading technical teams (5+ years)
• Hands-on with PAM platforms (CyberArk, Delinea, Beyond Trust)
• Familiar with hybrid cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and secure access controls
• Strong communication with cross‑functional teams and leadership

Responsibilities

• Oversee governance of privileged accounts and access policies based on least privilege and zero trust
• Manage onboarding, rotation, vaulting, and monitoring of admin, service, and application accounts
• Administer PAM tools (CyberArk, Beyond Trust) and automate credential rotation
• Implement just‑in‑time access, break‑glass, and escalation controls
• Ensure privileged session recording and centralized logging
• Collaborate with SOC, audit, and cloud/DevSecOps teams
• Support PAM tool optimization and cloud transformation initiatives
