Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a PAM Manager to lead the enterprise Privileged Access Management program across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will own the PAM strategy, operating model, and lead a team of analysts to reduce privileged access risk and support compliance.

Responsibilities include deploying CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea, managing credential vaulting and privileged session management, and implementing just‑in‑time access with audit controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in identity or cybersecurity, including a minimum 4 years focused on privileged access management.
• Hands-on experience deploying and operating CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise PAM strategy, roadmap, engineering standards, and operating model aligned with Zero Trust.
• Lead deployment and operation of CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea across privileged accounts, credentials, secrets, and sessions.
• Manage lifecycle of privileged accounts, including provisioning, rotation, and audit-ready check-in/check-out.
• Implement privileged session monitoring and just-in-time access controls to reduce risk.
• Design break-glass access procedures with audit controls and oversee brokered privileged access.
• Partner with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security Operations, and Applications teams to onboard privileged accounts.
• Support SOX, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF through reporting and audit evidence.
