Job summary

Everest is seeking a highly motivated investment professional to join its Alternative Investments team as Director, Private Credit. This role partners with the Head of Private Credit to oversee Everest's global private credit portfolio, including direct lending, asset-backed finance, and structured credit.

Hybrid position with 3 days in office and 2 remote, focusing on underwriting, portfolio monitoring, manager relationships, and strategic development across North America, Europe, and other

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of relevant investment experience.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and evaluate private credit investments and related opportunities.
• Monitor and manage Everest's global private credit portfolio.
• Develop manager relationships and conduct ongoing market intelligence.
• Support long-term strategy and capital allocation for private credit.
• Collaborate across investment, finance, risk, and leadership teams.
• Prepare investment committee materials and reporting.
