Qualifications

• 3+ years of institutional private equity investment experience with an emphasis on portfolio management, reporting and client relationship management across direct joint ventures, GP fund commitments, and co-investments.
• Prior investment experience with infrastructure assets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and attend sourcing, investment committee presentations, and monitoring & surveillance meetings.
• Assist portfolio manager in client reporting and responding to inquiries from Risk, Accounting and Finance.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis for investments to share with external clients, internal business partners including portfolio managers, legal, and compliance.
• Portfolio activities include firm representation at investor board meetings and portfolio management reviews with the portfolio manager and external clients.
• Lead the underwriting and analysis for primary GP fund commitments and co-investments; drive legal documentation, negotiation and investment structuring.
