You will oversee private and hedge fund operations, manage vendor relationships and regulatory reporting, and partner with compliance, legal, and board stakeholders to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Masters/Advanced degree preferred.
• 8–12 years in fund operations.
• Experience with hedge funds and private equity.
• Vendor contract negotiation experience.
• Management and creation of vendor SLAs.
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to adapt to rapid priorities.
• Professional conduct with confidential material.
• Curiosity and continuous improvement mindset with tech/AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic leadership of private and hedge fund operations.
• Strengthen relationships with fund vendors and custodians.
• Oversee capital activity for private fund vehicles.
• Document end-to-end workflows to scale operations.
• Manage and develop fund operations team (Baltimore).
• Participate in the Firm's Valuation Committee.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and reporting with legal teams.
• Lead board presentations and align messaging with stakeholders.
• Coordinate launches, mergers, and closings of funds.
• Capture enhancement requests from internal clients.
• Execute ad-hoc strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Advocate for clients and the firm in vendor negotiations.
