HedgeServ, a global fund administration provider, seeks a Fund Accountant in the NAV department in Dallas, TX. You will handle cash and positions reconciliations, income and expense accruals, and corporate actions processing under supervision.

The role emphasizes accurate, timely NAV production, teamwork, and client service in a hybrid Dallas office. A degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field, plus 1+ year experience and strong Excel skills, are required.

Qualifications

• Accounting, Economics, Finance, Legal or Business Degree
• 1+ years of relevant internship or full-time experience
• IT literate with an emphasis on Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Preparation of Cash and Positions Reconciliations
• Preparation and processing of income and expense accruals
• Verification and processing of corporate actions
• Assist in the production of daily, weekly, and monthly NAV checklists
• Assist in the audit process and financial statement preparation if required
• Establish and maintain good relationships with internal service departments and clients
• Attend and participate in team meetings
• Ensure HedgeServ's client focused ethos is maintained on a daily basis
