Job summary

The Director of Home Care at Blakehurst in Towson, MD leads our private duty home care program, overseeing daily operations, staff development, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance to ensure exceptional resident care.

Reporting to the Executive Director, you will grow the program, coach a high-performing team, manage budgets, and drive service excellence while building strong relationships with residents and families.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN licensure active and in good standing.
• Minimum three years in leadership in home care or senior living.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience managing operations, budgets, and staffing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Home Care team to deliver exceptional private duty services.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, quality assurance, and compliance.
• Partner with families and healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Monitor financial performance, payroll, and cost controls.
• Drive program growth through outreach and partnerships.
