Blakehurst in Towson, MD, seeks a Director of Marketing and Sales to lead the community’s occupancy strategy and sales initiatives. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on selling, partnering with executives to meet performance targets and optimize residency levels.

The Director will drive marketing plans, manage CRM workflows (Salesforce), mentor the sales team, and build partnerships with healthcare providers and referral sources, while representing Blakehurst as a compassionate

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of sales and marketing leadership experience.
• Senior living, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, or related industry experience.
• Proven success meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Experience managing CRM systems, such as Salesforce and sales pipelines.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Performance: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and maintain occupancy targets.
• Lead Marketing Initiatives: Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with community goals and local market opportunities.
• Build Strategic Community Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, local businesses, referral agencies, and community organizations.
• Collaborate & Lead: Work with Executive Director and leadership to align occupancy and goals; mentor sales team; share market insights.
