The Director in Private Client Services leads multi-project engagements, mentors staff, and drives strategic tax planning and international considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 5+ years’ experience with high net worth individuals in tax planning and returns.
• CPA or Licensed Attorney.
• Proven leadership across multiple work streams and teams.
• Strong communication, writing, and analytical skills.
• Advanced MS Office proficiency, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage tax and consulting projects for high net worth individuals.
• Lead tax compliance tasks for individuals with forms 1040, 1041, 709, FinCEN 114.
• Mentor Associates and Managers; supervise teams.
• Identify and analyze a broad range of complex tax issues.
• Manage risk, staffing, and budgets for multiple engagements.
• Support business development and client pitches.
