The position requires 12–15+ years in private banking or wealth management, strong executive presence, and collaboration across multiple business lines to optimize client experience and profitability.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial advisory services.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field; MBA/JD/CFP preferred.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead strategic direction for Private Client across the bank’s footprint.
• Drive growth in deposits and wealth assets under management for high-net-worth clients.
• Oversee relationship management, client acquisition, and portfolio performance tracking.
• Ensure disciplined CRM usage and alignment with enterprise wealth management goals.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and product teams to manage risk and regulatory requirements.
