The role requires deep expertise in private banking, collaboration across Wealth Management, Mortgage, Trust, and Consumer Banking, and expertise in CRM and performance analytics to inform pricing and market expansion strategies.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial advisory services.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field; MBA/JD/CFP preferred.
• Wealth management certifications such as CFP or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the strategic direction for Private Banking across the bank's footprint.
• Drive deposit growth and wealth assets under management with high-touch solutions.
• Oversee relationship management, client acquisition, and portfolio performance tracking.
