Job summary

Hagerty Private Client is seeking a Director to define and enforce a unified experience standard for high-net-worth collectors across all member-facing touchpoints. You will build and maintain training curriculums, playbooks, and escalation protocols to ensure consistency in tone, timing, and service delivery.

You will partner with claims, underwriting, events, and marketing to align teams to the Private Client standard and drive measurable improvements across the journey for brokers and trusted

Qualifications

• Extremely experienced in high-net-worth client services.
• Luxury brand management and premium service environment experience.
• Background in private banking or family office advisory preferred.
• Proven ability to design and deliver training programs across functions.
• Strong project management and cross-functional coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and enforce a unified Private Client experience standard across all member-facing functions.
• Develop and deliver ongoing training programs to instill service standards and brand voice.
• Build and maintain playbooks for client communications and broker interactions.
• Collaborate with claims, underwriting, events, marketing, and broker teams to align to standards.
• Translate client feedback into structured improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes.
