Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Director of Pricing Support to lead federal price analysis, negotiations, and regulatory compliance for a major national non-profit organization. You will oversee a dedicated team, manage critical procurement packages, and interface directly with key government stakeholders to ensure fair market price compliance.

The role requires deep expertise in FAR/DFARS regulations, FAR Part 15 proposal analysis, and a strong background in team leadership.

Randstad USA is seeking a Director of Pricing Support to lead federal price analysis, high-stakes negotiations, and regulatory compliance for a major national non-profit organization. In this high-visibility role, you will oversee a dedicated team, manage critical federal procurement maintenance packages, and interface directly with key government stakeholders and national commissions to ensure fair market price compliance. If you possess deep expertise in FAR/DFARS regulations, FAR Part 15 proposal analysis, and a strong background in team leadership, drive strategic growth and make a lasting national impact!

Key Responsibilities

• Departmental & Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and develop pricing support staff; manage work allocation, track deliverables, evaluate performance, and drive talent development.
• Procurement List Maintenance: Oversee the timely preparation, quality assurance, routing, and submission of compliant Procurement List maintenance packages to federal commissions.
• Pricing Analysis & Negotiations: Lead complex price analysis, cost-plus price development, market research, and price reasonableness evaluations for new and existing products and services.
• Regulatory Compliance & Training: Ensure strict adherence to FAR, DFARS, FAR Part 15, and commission policies; develop and deliver training programs for internal teams and external non-profit partners.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate and align cross-functional priorities among internal departments, non-profit agency partners, and federal government customers.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead strategic initiatives to streamline departmental systems, enhance QASP quality assurance protocols, and optimize business processes.
• Executive Representation: Represent the pricing function in high-level strategic planning, executive meetings, and continuous process improvement efforts.
