Weatherford is seeking an experienced Director Production & Intervention (PRI) Manufacturing in Houston to lead manufacturing networks and drive safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations across facilities.

The role emphasizes Lean manufacturing, cross-functional leadership, budget accountability, and integration with the NCS Multistage Holdings acquisition to align capabilities and standardize processes across sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience with multiple direct reports.
• Demonstrated hands-on Lean Manufacturing experience driving productivity and financial improvements.
• Experience in leading multi-facility manufacturing operations, preferably in oilfield-related products.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional manufacturing teams across multiple facilities to optimize manpower, materials, and equipment while driving productivity and quality improvements.
• Set strategy and long-term plans for the PRI manufacturing network to meet customer expectations and business objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, sourcing, project management, HR, logistics, and accounting to issue quotes, manage orders, and report monthly financial results.
