Job summary

Steadfast Contractors Alliance seeks a Director of Preconstruction & Contract Services to lead estimating, preconstruction, permitting, procurement support, and contract administration across divisions in Florida. This executive role coordinates budgeting, risk management, pricing strategy, and project turnover from opportunity to turnover.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in estimating/contracting leadership, with strong proficiency in estimating software and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in construction/landscape or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in estimating, preconstruction, contract administration, or operations leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead all estimating and preconstruction operations across multiple service divisions.
• Oversee permitting strategy and regulatory coordination for all projects.
• Direct company-wide contract administration processes and manage contracts, subcontracts, and change orders.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth transition from preconstruction to project execution.
• Support business development through client presentations, proposal development, and relationship management.
