Job summary

Promera is seeking a Director, Pre Commissioning Services to lead territory operations for data center projects. The role oversees 5–8 Project Managers, driving delivery, safety, and profitability while aligning field execution with PCS strategy.

You will develop operating plans, manage resources and budgets, and report on performance. Strong leadership and a background in data center construction are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operations, construction, project management, or field services leadership.
• Experience in data center construction, mission-critical environments, or complex field services.
• Proven experience leading Project Managers and geographically dispersed project portfolios.
• Strong financial and operational experience including budgets, margins, forecasting, scheduling, and resource management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Territory Operations and translate PCS strategy into an annual territory operating plan.
• Oversee the Project Portfolio and manage multiple Project Managers across the territory.
• Drive Safety, Quality & Compliance across all projects.
• Own Financial & Commercial Performance for the territory with focus on revenue and margin.
• Build & Develop the Team by recruiting and developing 5-8 Project Managers.
