Advanced Energy in Fort Collins, CO, seeks a Director of Power Device Engineering & Reliability to lead semiconductor quality, reliability, RCCA, and supplier engagement across business units. You will guide a team of engineers and data analysts, drive long-term corrective actions, and shape technology roadmaps for Si, SiC, and GaN devices.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, multi-site collaboration, and executive reporting, with a path toward Senior Director.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in power semiconductors, reliability, quality, product engineering, test engineering, or failure analysis.
• 5+ years in technical leadership or people management.
• Experience with RCCA and semiconductor reliability investigations.

Responsabilités

• Lead organizational & technical leadership for Power Semiconductor Device organization.
• Develop and mentor engineers and analysts.
• Lead investigations of semiconductor failures and drive RCCA, 8D, CAPA activities.
• Define best practices for device selection, qualification, reliability assessment, and application derating.
• Own executive-level customer engagement for semiconductor quality, reliability, and field failure escalations.
• Lead supplier quality engagements and strengthen strategic partnerships.
• Drive reliability analytics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
