Qualifications

• Experience in youth-focused postsecondary access and success initiatives.
• Ability to facilitate community conversations and focus groups.
• Experience partnering with school systems and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide research and data analysis support for education and youth initiatives.
• Lead community conversations, focus groups, and partner engagement on college access.
• Develop and implement project plans for youth and college/career programs.
• Cultivate relationships with external partners to support strategic goals.
• Serve as a strategic thinking partner to leadership.
