Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define go-to-market strategy for quantum security offerings and manage executive client engagements.
• Build and scale delivery teams; oversee margins, resource utilization and P&L accountability.
• Develop thought leadership including whitepapers and speaking engagements; mentor team.
• Launch scalable service models tailored to quantum security domains; deliver high-quality solutions.
• Attract and nurture specialized technical talent and provide mentorship.
• Uphold integrity, professionalism, and a respectful work environment.
