Job summary

RSM US LLP in Boston seeks a Northeast-based Director for the Post-Acquisition Dispute Advisory Services practice. You will lead engagements, oversee client service delivery, and develop positions on purchase agreements and accounting items, including earnouts.

You will mentor staff, build client relationships, and collaborate with Deal Services to grow the practice. Strong GAAP knowledge and CPA/CFE/CFF are required, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or Economics; Master’s degree a plus.
• 7–10 years in post-acquisition dispute consulting or related fields; Big 4 or national firm experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements and oversee post-acquisition dispute resolutions.
• Draft submissions to accounting arbiters and analyze closing statements.
• Review purchase agreements for accounting implications, including net working capital and earnouts.
• Manage client relationships and expand services.
• Lead presentations and supervise staff and project teams.
• Develop business through proposals and industry outreach and collaborations.
