RSM US LLP is seeking a Northeast-based Director to lead its Post-Acquisition Dispute Advisory Services practice. You will oversee engagements, draft submissions, analyze complex accounting issues, and manage client relationships across a growing practice in the DC area.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years of relevant experience, CPA with CFE/CFF, strong communication, and willingness to travel. Role offers leadership responsibility, collaboration with Deal Services, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of post-acquisition dispute consulting experience.
• Big 4 or national firm background a plus, with litigation support exposure.
• U.S. GAAP expertise and reading/interpreting purchase agreements.
• CPA and CFE or CFF certifications attained.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to clients and other offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements and supervise teams in post-acquisition disputes.
• Draft submissions to accounting arbiters and analyze working papers.
• Review purchase agreements for accounting implications.
• Develop client relationships and seek new engagements.
• Present findings to clients and lead project teams.
• Contribute to business development and thought leadership.
