Job summary

FNBO is seeking a Director, Portfolio Manager to lead client-focused investment strategies within Wealth Management. The role combines portfolio construction, risk management, and ongoing client engagement to meet goals and adapt to changing market conditions.

You will collaborate with individual and institutional advisors, participate in asset allocation discussions, and contribute to research and committee work to support superior outcomes for clients and sustainable business growth.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in investment or wealth management.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• CFA or CFP designation.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, global economy and asset allocation.
• Demonstrated expertise in equities, fixed income or alternatives.
• Ability to explain complex investment concepts to clients and advisors.
• Excellent client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management: manage accounts, monitor asset allocation, and implement trades.
• Construct diversified portfolios within client objectives and constraints.
• Deliver effective client presentations and explain strategies/results.
• Retain and expand client managed assets.
• New Business Development: engage in activities to attract prospective clients.
• Participate in Investment Committee and portfolio research.
