FNBO is seeking a Senior Associate Portfolio Manager to support the investment team with trade execution, research, and comprehensive reporting across equity and fixed income portfolios. The role provides discretionary investment authority for assigned accounts and opportunities for growth.

You will manage accounts within guidelines, perform cash management decisions, and develop client-facing reports while collaborating with portfolio managers and operations teams onsite in Kansas City.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• CFA Level I candidate or progress toward CFA designation preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment management, portfolio operations, or related financial services role
• Demonstrated experience with trade execution in equity and/or fixed income markets
• Experience working with portfolio management or trading systems

Mansioni

• Manage investment accounts with trading authority within established guidelines and risk parameters
• Execute investment decisions including trade timing and portfolio rebalancing
• Exercise discretion on cash management strategies
• Make independent investment decisions within established guidelines
• Execute equity and fixed income trades with accuracy and timeliness
• Troubleshoot and resolve operations and systems issues across platforms
• Maintain operational efficiency and system integrity
• Produce monthly/quarterly performance reports for clients
• Support portfolio managers with Reg 9 reviews
• Prepare weekly bond purchase reports for Portfolio Managers
