Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior Portfolio/Program Manager to drive connected roadmaps across product and platform teams in a fast‑moving environment.

You will oversee structured planning, annual budgeting, and executive‑level alignment, acting as chief of staff to the CTO to ensure rhythm, priorities, and follow-through across the technology leadership team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in portfolio or program management, technology strategy, PMO leadership, or technology operations.
• Experience serving as a chief of staff or senior advisor to a technology or business executive is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success building connected roadmaps and leading structured planning across multiple teams.
• Experience owning or leading an annual technology budgeting process.
