Director, Portfolio Administration

Job Description Summary

Position operates as a part of the North American Portfolio Administration Leadership team.
Responsible for serving as the point of contact for the client, ensuring the highest level of customer service, and ensuring Portfolio Lease Administration services are sold, executed, and performed to the highest industry standards.

Job Description

  1. Maintain a track record of value creation and contribute to profitable and cost-effective operations.
  2. Ensure the financial performance of designated account(s) within the Portfolio Lease Administration Service Line.
  3. Develop and recommend department operations policies; provide strategic leadership within the department.
  4. Assist with the development of proposals and presentations for prospective projects.
  5. Coordinate and/or prepare reports, annual budgets, or other financial documents.
  6. Deliver budgeted financial targets and meet other standards set in approved business plans for the region's businesses/accounts.
  7. Provide strategic and tactical decisions for the business unit, including identifying product line expansion/diversification opportunities and supporting marketing efforts for new business.
  8. Develop and cultivate customer relationships for long-term business opportunities.
  9. Manage a team of 3-10 direct reports.
  10. Perform other related duties as required or requested.
