Job summary

Molina Healthcare in Michigan seeks a senior leader to direct population health strategy development and delivery. You will drive state-specific initiatives, address social determinants of health, and partner with senior leadership on strategic plans and outcomes.

You will oversee program design, analytics, ROI analysis, and coordination with clinical and operational stakeholders while ensuring NCQA-aligned standards and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Eight years of health care experience with five years in population health or related fields.
• Three+ years of health care management/leadership experience.
• Clinical licensure/certification only if required by contract or regulation.
• Development and execution of population health management integration programs.
• Experience creating interpretive guidelines and program development.
• Proven ability to set and achieve aggressive program objectives.
• Experience with health care information systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees state health plan strategic design, implementation, and evaluation of population health initiatives.
• Sponsors and champions state health plan system-wide initiatives.
• Liaises with Medicaid, SPBM, and other plans on population health initiatives.
• Participates in the design of all aspects of population health programs.
• Builds analytics and reporting to support population health programs.
• Develops scorecards, tools, and processes to drive implementation and evaluation.
• Leads meetings and committees, directs data analysis and reporting, monitors performance.
• Creates health education programs to support social determinants of health.
• Provides leadership to integrate operational assets for population health needs across the state plan.
