Job summary

Sodexo seeks a seasoned leader to deploy and support omni-channel POS and mobile commerce solutions across client sites. You’ll oversee cross-functional implementations, drive adoption, and measure impact on ATV while ensuring operational excellence and revenue growth.

In this remote role with up to 50% travel, you’ll manage teams, set direction, and make hiring decisions. Collaboration across segments and with clients will shape transformational retail technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2 years of management experience.
• 5 years of related experience in retail technology or deployments.

Join a role where you’ll lead the deployment and support of omni-channel POS and mobile commerce solutions that transform customer experiences and drive revenue growth. You will oversee implementations across all segments, ensuring operational excellence, seamless adoption, and measurable impact on Average Transaction Value (ATV). This role positions the organization as a retail technology leader, delivering innovative solutions that elevate performance and competitive advantage.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range

$115940 per year - $180070 per year

Incentive Eligibility

Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
