Job summary

Alpharetta, GA-based Director, Project Management — 6-Month Contract-to-Hire leads enterprise-wide technology and data transformation initiatives, partnering with business units rather than managing a team. Open to candidates in Minneapolis, MN; Glen Allen, VA; or Greenwich, CT with onsite work requirements.

You’ll own large programs, design target operating models, manage budgets and risks, and influence executive reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale technology or data transformation projects.
• Experience designing and implementing target operating models.
• PM certification (PMP or Lean Six Sigma) required.
• US citizenship required (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale technology and data transformation projects from initiation through delivery
• Design and implement target operating models in partnership with business unit leaders
• Partner cross-functionally across operating units to align project scope, risk, and outcomes
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communication at the enterprise level
• Identify and resolve risks and roadblocks before they impact delivery
• Travel to client/business sites as needed to support project execution (25–75%)
• Represent the PMO in executive-level project reviews and steering committees
