Job summary

Astec is seeking a Director of the Project Management Office to lead and scale the enterprise program, portfolio, and project management capabilities across operations, manufacturing, and new product development. You will establish governance, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of strategic initiatives with measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, or a technical field.
• 10+ years of related project/program management experience.
• PMI certification (PMP, PgMP, or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the enterprise PMO governance framework and reporting structures.
• Partner with senior leadership to prioritize the strategic project portfolio and align with goals.
• Serve as the enterprise authority on project execution, risk management, and escalation pathways.
