Job summary

Alkermes is seeking a Lead Program Manager to oversee Commercial Infrastructure initiatives within its commercial operations. You will oversee project planning, governance, and execution of infrastructure projects, and develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions.

Additionally, you will support integration efforts related to acquisitions and organizational change, partnering with IT, Data Analytics, Commercial Operations, and Marketing Tech.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years' experience in pharma/biotech commercial, PMO, or consulting.
• BS in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Strong project leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet/Planview preferred).
