Qualifications

• BS in Marketing, Project Management, Business or related field.
• 10–12 years of pharma/biotech PMO or consulting experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and influencing without authority.

Responsibilities

• Provide PMO support across commercial infrastructure workstreams and projects with plans, RAID, milestones, budgets and governance reporting.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on strategy, timelines and deliverables with clear risk mitigation.
• Prepare executive status updates, steering materials and leadership dashboards.
• Design and maintain PMO solutions and develop KPI dashboards for visibility.
