Job summary

Collin College is seeking an experienced infrastructure leader to oversee the management and delivery of cloud-hosted SaaS productivity platforms, Identity and Access Management systems, and physical server/storage infrastructure.

You will provide technical guidance, lead a team, and ensure stability, reliability, and performance, with responsibility for KPIs, SLAs, and ongoing system automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and seven years of related experience, including three years of leadership.
• Experience supervising large enterprise infrastructure across physical, virtual, and cloud hosted SaaS environments.
• Knowledge of ITSM, change, incident, problem management, and SLAs.
• Experience with cloud hosted productivity and identity management platforms (M365, Zoom, Azure, AD/EntraID, SSO).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship for cloud platform engineering and operations.
• Set work priorities and allocate resources to balance operational support and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and service metrics.
• Oversee vendor relationships and contract deliverables.
• Maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Design and implement IT systems to meet business needs.
• Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of platform services.
• Coordinate with contractors and project managers for system implementations.
