Salesforce Digital Marketing Technology team is seeking a Product Management Director to lead agentic actions around SEO and taxonomy services to optimize our global websites, messaging, and events experiences.

You will manage a backlog for a high-performing team delivering capabilities such as autonomous cross-linking, redirect resolution, and auto-tagging, shaping the future Salesforce product roadmap at scale.

Qualifications

• Has 10+ years in product management and delivery.
• Proven experience with SEO, ontology, and AI-powered experiences.
• Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with statistical methods.
• Deep knowledge of NLP, prompt engineering, and reinforcement learning.
• Experience building products that utilize Ontology and Knowledge Graphs.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to adoption with prioritized features and success metrics.
• Author and maintain backlog for a high-performing engineering team.
• Oversee delivery of products and projects across technologies while aligning with long-term objectives.
