The Salvation Army North & Central Illinois Division is seeking a development professional to identify prospects and build relationships for planned gifts. You will work with donors, advisors, and corps staff to maximize giving aligned with donors’ goals.

Responsibilities include cultivating prospects, managing a portfolio, coordinating with major gifts staff, and presenting at corps advisory boards. Travel and supervision duties are included as part of this role.

Qualifikationen

• Education and experience in planned gifts.
• Knowledge of charitable tax laws and financial concepts.
• Certifications helpful but not required.

• Maintain activity plans in CRM for assigned prospects.
• Supervise Gift and Estate Planning staff.
