Premier Health’s Premier Physician Network seeks a Director, Physician Relations to lead physician employment matters across the network. You will partner with executives, legal counsel, and operations to drive compliant, fair employment practices and improve physician engagement.

This senior HR leadership role manages investigations, onboarding, leaves, conflict resolution, and workforce strategy, shaping policies and risk mitigation while fostering a culture of trust and excellence.

Formación

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in progressive HR roles within healthcare.
• Demonstrated physician relations experience and knowledge of employment laws (ADA, FMLA, FLSA, Title VII).
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead physician employee relations activities including investigations, performance concerns, and disciplinary actions.
• Serve as primary HR partner for physician-related employment issues and engage with executives, legal counsel, and operations.
• Oversee physician employment lifecycle events such as onboarding, leaves, and offboarding.
