Job summary

Premier Physician Network seeks a Director of Clinical and Quality Services to lead patient safety, quality, and service initiatives across its network of 1,600 physicians and 125 office locations.

Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, you will develop, implement, and evaluate clinical and quality programs, foster a culture of safety, and partner with operational and physician leaders to improve the patient experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in healthcare leadership, public health, public policy, quality improvement science or related field.
• Licensed by Ohio Board of Nursing.
• 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in clinical/quality domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical and quality programs across Premier Physician Network.
• Develop, implement and evaluate patient safety and service initiatives.
• Partner with operational and physician leaders to improve patient experience and quality metrics.
