HCA North Florida is seeking a Director of Physician Recruitment to lead all aspects of physician recruitment across the North Florida Division. The role requires coordinating with Division Leaders, hospital CEOs, and corporate teams to meet staffing goals from Tallahassee, FL, and surrounding areas.

The position is office based in the North Florida Division office. The ideal candidate will develop and implement recruitment programs, manage staff, and oversee budgets while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/MHA or related master’s degree preferred.
• 4–6 years physician recruitment experience; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads physician recruitment programs and policies across divisions to meet staffing goals.
• Directs staff activities, interviews, screening, and onboarding of physicians; ensures compliance with policies.
• Interfaces with division leadership and hospital executives to determine staffing needs and strategic priorities.
• Maintains recruitment partnerships with training programs, placement firms, and medical groups; communicates progress to senior leadership.
• Oversees candidate tracking, reporting, and budgeting for the recruitment department.
