Responsibilities

• Lead administration of physician compensation programs across the organization.
• Oversee provider contract renewal negotiations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage and develop the physician compensation and contracting team.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure compensation and contracting arrangements meet regulatory standards.
• Present compensation strategy and performance to executive leadership.
• Advise physician leadership on compensation-related matters.
